Home In The Heart Is True

Home in the heart is true
Everyone with memories
I live mine daily

I live in the real of once was
I begin from the start of my joy
How I found to be who I am now
I remain where I feel most ease
I set my feelings in front of me

I take time for who cares for me
I look in on who shares my life
I watch for who sends real love
I never let go of the streets I walked

Home in the heart is true
Everyone with memories
I live mine daily

And I reach deep in my mind for you
I reach deep in my time of reason
I reach until I agree with the answer
I use my prayers with careful thought
I only seem different than anybody

Home in the heart is true
Everyone with memories
I live mine daily

Home in the heart is true
Everyone with memories
I live mine daily

.................................................

Time On Me

Time on me
Everyone wants something
From me, for you, to you
Left to
Time on me

Time on me
Turns of trees
Take how I sleep
Never sure awake
Weeks go by
Writings stand around
A wait to be found
By me I settled down

Time on me
Everyone wants something
From me, for you, to you
Left to
Time on me

Time on me
Take why I do anything
Never taught to choose
Never held in true
Want for who
A color I won't use
I've always been real
Never shown how to feel

Time on me
Everyone wants something
From me, for you, to you
Left to
Time on me

.................

Never Once To Miss You

Never once to miss you
I think once in a night to you

For you, love continues to show through
Life, I said my prayers again
I don't leave you behind
When I must continue to care

For me, my star house, my earth way
My missing day to become the best
For you, you to see, notice I still exist

Never once to miss you
I think once in a night to you

For once, for twice
For how many times I spoke with you
For one town, for one hold
For you, for your touch to share
For me

Never once to miss you
I think once in a night to you

.................................

Something In You

Something in you in my days on earth
Something in you in my nights gone
Something in you some call love
Something in you some call life

Some people actually say it's god
Others say it's the way of want, need

Something in you I say from you to me
Something in you from me to you
Something never could go away

Something in you for how time moves
Something in you for planets stars
Something in you for my home
Something in you from my heart

Something in you, in the memory
Something in you won't let go of me
Something in you until you find peace
Something in you meant to be

Something in you

Something in you

................................................

I Never Changed A Moment Of My Need

I never changed a moment of my need
I let freedom speak how ever you cared
I watched from many ways into your life
I was beside for days then night came by

When

I couldn't want more than given from you
I wouldn't ask for anything untrue
I lived my life as I could to write
I've said what I pleased for years til now

I walked places if only for my feelings
I never listened for more than  I understand
I return through my sleep in only my sleep
I play with the best now as I did in real then

When

I never changed a moment of my need
I let freedom speak how ever you cared
I watched from many ways into your life
I was beside for days then night came by

When

I only find what I know as mine to find here
I fight with every thing shown I should share
I know this doesn't seem like me
I haven't found my home I fought for then

I delay every moment moving along side
I won't let one memory slide by
I have a life means love inside right
I believe my mind has this given choice

I never changed a moment of my need
I let freedom speak how ever you cared
I watched from many ways into your life
I was beside for days then night came by

.........................................................

Here Is Tonight Again

Here is tonight again
A thought to find
Stolen from again
Don't want to understand
Saw the signs of a friend
In the morning may return
So I rely on an easy feeling
Day was a loss of faith
Won't hear the same reasons
Need to change words around
Keep my attention real
Played yesterday for a year
Watch my life hold me there
Haven't the heart to forgive
Will keep close songs true
Make a minute into ten
Anything I want to enjoy
Coming by to catch
Here is tonight again

..

I Don't Need To Know

I don't need to know where I'm going
Won't listen to children used as poems
Stories to keep a thought real isn't
Play with history unless it's right
Take darkness for a ride is peaceful
Get up when I feel it's time
Oh so sadness calls for happiness
No one ever heard mine
These games to toy with my emotion
And I remember well how I was born
I don't need to know where I'm going

........

Who Held Me When I Needed

Who held me when I needed
Can't count much on my fingers to love
I made life with what I was handed
Didn't say I liked how
Never leave who raised me
Didn't say I liked why
Can't say I enjoy when I remember
At times can laugh awhile
I look through to you for something
Not sure you see me tonight
Appears I live life easy
Tired of excuses for so many smiles
None to care to be around
Who held me when I needed
Can't count much on my fingers to love

......

A Lot To Live With Wouldn't You Say

A lot to live with wouldn't you say
Too bad those years are gone
We had so much fun
Hard to believe tonight will move along
With you on my mind in how change was true
To look at you as no other would see
A lot to live with wouldn't you say
If I would ask
But I know the story in every way
Don't need to be told how to understand
As far as I travel, as tall as I stand
As long as I wait you will return
A lot to live with wouldn't you say

....

Everyone Has An Aura

Everyone has an aura, color within shines
Child doesn't leave with age, begin of time
Thought can't be taken won't move on
A smile, eyes to see without an end
A touch once won't replace the next
Feeling to feel a place to remain
Need carries for the truth drives a stage
How I still see you, who I met in you
Everyone has an aura, color within shines

.....

Then I Turn Into The Night

Then I turn into the night for a fight to survive
My favorite years I will live until those years live again
Even if I go through the same lost without my mind
Happy times are hard to find to write of the sad
Nowhere to everyone may be the only somewhere I love
Fun is how to age with the memory of you
Never need to look at pictures to compare who is true
I hear of different feelings to wonder why is time real
My world to stop for a moment doesn't hold you
Music for sound of entertain but not to hear from you
Then I turn into the night for a fight to survive

.....

Crossed Many Times

Crossed many times
A special friend never to lose
I had to learn how to fight through
Finger prints on the wall from you
Posters along the halls
Everyone had to crawl only to fall
To think to look at our song
Left a lot of places to find you
Stayed in one didn't change my life
Color after color to water
I would never walk away
Continued to find broken ties
Crossed many times
A special friend never to lose

.........

For A Time To Remember

For a time to remember
There was you
70s stop by for attention
Mid to end invited in
For a time to remember
There was you
I held on with need
Today never a promise
I didn't listen to why
Just feel wrong
So my life became 60s
Watched 80s go by
90s down on writing
2000s came back around
Years mean nothing
The same as tonight
Want continues for me
I follow along
For a time to remember
There was you

.......

Parents Had Phones

Parents had phones
Respect was earned
Talk and be warned
Thirteen strings
Six often missing
I beat on my guitar
Played a tune
Didn't hear a sound
Rocked to sleep
On the next day I found
Gave away life
For the love of my heart
So don't try to tell me
Truth is wrong
Offered the world
To wait on yours
I still hold my need
In your arms
Parents had phones

.........

Who Do I Love

Who do I love
A memory near
The writing is over
Guitar finished
Memories gone through
I don't want a mansion
Don't seek flowers
I have a heart
I see people
Though I don't look
Wait for hours
Days pass like books
My need isn't uncommon
Words are spoken
I think of life
Not everyone cares
Who do I love
A memory near

........

Game Of Thought

Game of thought on yesterday
I don't need another writing
Game of thought on yesterday
Don't want to care about tomorrow
Same place is here today
Use my time on life isn't mine to live
I just write cause I'm not with you yet
I came through with bright colors
This dim world of regrets
Said no when no was enough for me
Oh for the hard wonders never leave
Won't sell my soul to be safe
Miss who I miss endless
Game of thought on yesterday
I don't need another writing
Game of thought on yesterday

.....

The Day We Left Our Night Behind

The day we left our night behind
I carry with me as you are free
With love I gave to share
You would find your way
In anything you wanted
The day we left our night behind
Our eyes still meet
I don't regret one minute
I didn't lose you only let you be
Who you needed to see
Thoughts we held our wishing well
Life was with us all the way
The day we left our night behind

...

Don't Tell Me Life Goes On

Don't tell me life goes on
This song I write isn't mine
Show pictures of harm you done
Walk visions aren't real in time
Doesn't make value to my mind
Don't ask who am I
Change my need
On the whim of a heart
Turn my world into your arms
Don't destroy everyone I love
That same old story as right
Takes down my spirit is wrong
Don't tell me life goes on
This song I write isn't mine

.....

Stand In The Sun

Stand in the sun
I look at pictures of home
Run through rooms I know
Wait for your touch
Emptiness can't be real
Funny where I played
Missing in the fireplace
Ghosts sure to remain
Treasures to hold again
Fortune toys to hide
Everyone has a life
Love to want time
Talk of why
Stand in the sun

..

You And The Way Today Feels

You and the way today feels
My favorite loss to carry on
Back yards with a water well
I had to enjoy life under the earth
Through wooden sheds of worth
Shingles denied home skies
Doesn't frighten my mind
Disreguard for human time
The old sewing machine
Typewriters still with words
How country is
You and the way today feels
My favorite loss to carry on

.........

In Your Song

In your song
You can't fool me
I know you too well
Always called life
Feelings of real time
Never played games
Sat alone most of love
Didn't have an interest
Beyond a new thought
One day would return
Pull on my arm
Remind me where I was
Why I moved around
Pictures are a laugh
I must enjoy yours
Follow the need calls
Won't let me down
I listen with silence
Hear every change
In your song

Making Rain

Making rain this is all I know
Trying to find understanding's road
Making rain paying with my heart
Once protected by you

Making rain in my sleep
Win this world one time
Making rain I never said goodbye
How time plays with my eyes

Making rain is my life

I speak to no one though I try
Holding reason alive for a song
Just to carry feelings along
I'll follow you after the sun

Making rain is my life

Making rain it's my life

I speak to no one though I try
Holding reason alive for a song
Just to carry feelings along
I'll follow you after the sun

Making rain is my life

Making rain it's my life

Making rain is my life

Making rain it's my life

Only One Light

On a broken old chair
In a dirty old room
With only one light
Only one light
To see my way
Only one light
To shine on me
Only one light
I can't understand
I can't hear why
Only one light
On a broken old chair
In a dirty old room
With only one light
